Custom printed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• If a delivery issue occurs due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, restricted access to the delivery location, or if the tracking number shows the package as delivered to the address or doorstep, the customer assumes full responsibility.
• In these cases, no refund or replacement will be issued, as the shipment was completed based on the information provided by the customer.
• Customers are advised to monitor tracking information closely and ensure someone is available to receive the package on the expected delivery date.
• We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but unavailable due to theft, loss after delivery, or customer absence.
